The HILLarity Festival
The HILLairty Festival has been a fixture in historic downtown Chester, South Carolina for over 20 years every third weekend in October and is now drawing approximately 20,000 visitors annually. Festivities kick off with a street dance and food on Friday night.
The Festival officially begins on Saturday and promises to live up to it's name, providing everything for your enjoyment including: Live music, talent show, arts and crafts, food vendors, car shows, street entertainers, a pet contest, and children's rides and activities.
